Meet the founders

Nice to meet you!  We're first-generation attorneys and corporate/M&A lawyers who met while practicing in BigLaw.  Our shared experiences navigating the legal profession sparked conversations that would eventually drive us to create rubi.  Beyond our legal practice, we've teamed up as angel investors, advisors to emerging companies, and mentors to other attorneys, law students, and pre-law students.
