Our flagship program guides you through exactly how to be an M&A attorney.  You'll step into the role of a junior lawyer at a BigLaw firm, staffed on Project Rubi.  But we're right there with you, guiding you through each step. It's as if we're at your desk, showing you exactly how to handle each task & sharing everything we wish we could have known when we started practicing.
